Wonderfully Real Bush Camps
The simplicity of style and sheer closeness to nature makes these bush camps a rewarding and exciting destination on any safari. The focus on increasing luxury in the safari world is worrisome and it is very easy these days to 'miss the point' and stay almost cut off from nature, surrounded by mostly tasteful but also sometimes quite ridiculus luxury. If you feel just a little interpid and if the design of the pillow cases on your bed is not your priority and getting closer to African wildlife is, then the 'Real Bush Camps' could be for you ! Usually these camps are small and intimate, great for hearing the wild sounds of the night and a little more affordable than a private camp.

New camps are popping up almost every season now all over Tanzania and I am trying to visit as many as I can. If you are interested in this style of camp contact me to find out which ones I currently recommend.
